Senior Operation Manager

Company: Teleperformance Location: Indore Work Mode: Work From Office Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹45,000 per month Shift: US Shift Working Days: 5/6 Days a Week (As per Process) Job Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day operations of the support process. Lead and mentor teams to achieve performance targets. Monitor KPIs, productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction metrics. Handle escalations and ensure timely resolution of customer issues. Prepare operational reports and performance reviews. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to improve process efficiency. Drive team engagement, training, and performance management initiatives. Requirements: Experience in Operations, Customer Support, or Team Management. Strong leadership and people management skills. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Knowledge of performance metrics and reporting tools. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Comfortable working in US Shift timings.
