Kankar Consultancy – Refund Policy

At Kankar Consultancy, we provide professional recruitment and career consultancy services with transparency and integrity. By making a payment, you agree to this Refund Policy.

Our services include job placement assistance, recruitment support, resume building, interview preparation, career guidance, and related consultancy services.

Refunds may be approved only if:

• A duplicate payment was made.
• Payment was received but the service was not started due to an error by Kankar Consultancy.
• We are unable to provide the agreed service due to reasons solely attributable to us.
• Management approves a refund in writing under exceptional circumstances.

No refund will be provided if:

• You change your mind after payment.
• Required documents or information are not submitted.
• You become unresponsive during the process.
• You reject interview opportunities or job offers.
• You fail to attend scheduled interviews.
• The employer rejects your application.
• You resign, leave, or are terminated after joining.
• Incorrect or false information is provided by you.
• Services have already started or been substantially completed.
• Third-party charges, verification fees, training fees, documentation fees, or government charges have already been incurred.

Kankar Consultancy provides recruitment assistance only. We do not guarantee job selection, salary, joining date, employment duration, or confirmation. Final hiring decisions are made solely by the employer.

Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 7 days of payment, along with payment proof and the reason for the request.

If approved, refunds will be processed through the original payment method or bank transfer within 7–15 business days.

Clients may cancel before work begins. If services have already started, applicable service charges may be deducted before any eligible refund.

No refund will be issued if false information, forged documents, or fraudulent activities are found. Kankar Consultancy reserves the right to terminate services immediately.

We are not responsible for employer decisions, recruitment delays, offer withdrawals, background verification failures, policy changes, market conditions, or events beyond our control.

Any dispute shall first be resolved through mutual discussion. If unresolved, it shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts where Kankar Consultancy’s registered office is located, under the laws of India.

Kankar Consultancy reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice.
