Welcome to Kankar Consultancy. By accessing our platform, registering as a candidate, applying for jobs, or engaging our recruitment services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions.

Kankar Consultancy provides professional recruitment and placement consultancy services, including:

• Career counseling, profile assessment, and resume enhancement.
• Matching candidate qualifications with client employer requirements.
• Scheduling and coordinating interview opportunities.
• Facilitating communication between candidates and employers up to offer issuance and joining.

As a registered candidate, you agree to:

• Provide truthful, accurate, and complete personal, academic, and professional details.
• Upload authentic supporting documents, identity proofs, and experience certificates.
• Keep your contact information, resume, and application status up to date.
• Attend scheduled interviews punctually and maintain professional decorum with employers and consultancy staff.
• Inform Kankar Consultancy immediately upon receiving an interview call, offer letter, or joining date from any client introduced by us.

• Kankar Consultancy acts solely as an intermediary recruitment consultant between candidates and employers.
• We do not guarantee job selection, minimum salary, specific designations, joining dates, or tenure of employment.
• Final hiring decisions, compensation packages, and terms of employment are determined exclusively by the hiring employer.

• Any applicable registration, verification, or placement service charges will be communicated clearly before engagement.
• All fee payments must be made strictly through official, authorized channels (Cash with official receipt, UPI, or Bank Transfer).
• All fee payments are subject to our Refund Policy published at policy.

• Employers reserve the right to conduct independent background verification, criminal history checks, address verification, and previous employment checks.
• Kankar Consultancy is not liable if an employer revokes an offer or terminates employment due to discrepancies found during verification.

• Candidates introduced to an employer through Kankar Consultancy shall not bypass, negotiate privately, or join the employer directly to circumvent agreed consultancy fees.
• Submission of forged documents, impersonation, false experience claims, or inappropriate conduct will lead to immediate cancellation of registration and potential legal action.

• Kankar Consultancy is not responsible for workplace conditions, employer-employee disputes, delays in salary disbursement by employers, or termination post-joining.
• We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses or damages arising out of the recruitment process or employment.

Your personal and professional data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and will be shared solely with potential employers and verification partners for recruitment purposes.

Kankar Consultancy reserves the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Updated terms take effect immediately upon being posted on this portal.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall first be subject to mutual resolution, and if unresolved, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts having jurisdiction over Kankar Consultancy’s registered office.
