Team Leader – Sales

Job Overview We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Team Leader to manage the sales team, drive business performance, improve conversion rates, and ensure a positive customer experience. Key Responsibilities Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve business targets. Monitor daily sales performance, team productivity, and conversion rates. Guide team members on customer communication, counselling, and sales techniques. Support the team in handling customer queries and overcoming sales objections. Track leads, follow-ups, conversions, and daily performance reports. Conduct regular team meetings, coaching sessions, and performance reviews. Ensure a high standard of customer service and professional communication. Coordinate with management to achieve business objectives. Eligibility Criteria Bachelor's degree in any discipline preferred. Prior experience in sales, customer relationship management, or team handling. Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage targets, motivate team members, and drive results. Experience in telesales, consultative sales, healthcare, wellness, or the fitness industry will be an advantage.
