Customer Support (Voice)

Blinkit is a quick-commerce platform that delivers groceries and everyday essentials to customers. Candidates may be required to work at a warehouse or dark store and support daily order fulfilment operations. Key Responsibilities: Pick products according to customer orders. Pack items accurately and prepare orders for dispatch. Check product quality, quantity, and expiry dates where applicable. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the warehouse. Coordinate with team members to ensure timely order processing. Follow workplace safety and operational guidelines. Eligibility Criteria: Minimum qualification: 10th or 12th pass, depending on the vacancy. Freshers may apply for eligible positions. Basic communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to work rotational shifts, if required.
