Transportation Representative

Job Description: We are looking for detail-oriented and analytical professionals to manage transportation operations, coordinate with carriers, vendors, warehouses, and internal teams, and resolve logistics-related issues. The role focuses on ensuring timely freight movement, smooth delivery operations, and excellent customer experience. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate with carriers, vendors, suppliers, and internal teams. Monitor inbound and outbound transportation operations. Resolve shipment delays and logistics-related issues. Analyze operational data and prepare performance reports. Maintain productivity, accuracy, and quality targets. Identify process gaps and recommend improvements. Escalate operational issues and ensure timely resolution. Work in a 24×7 shift-based environment. Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal). Good knowledge of MS Excel and basic data analysis. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Good attention to detail and time management. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in logistics, transportation, or operations. Knowledge of Excel Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP. Experience handling customers through calls or emails. Familiarity with data management and reporting tools.
